The Five of Wands suggests a battle between diverse opinions and conflicting interests.

Don’t fret. Having tough conversations is a prerequisite for improvement. 

As Matt Ridley says in his Ted Talk “When Ideas Have Sex”, innovation depends on a sometimes-messy exchange of ideas. 

To go higher, stretch yourself through lateral thinking. No pain, no gain.

Upright:

• You might be fighting a good idea or be refusing to take good advice. Remember, feedback is a gift.

Reversed:

• People around you might seem like snakes, but don’t blame the players – blame the game.
