One of life’s nasty curve balls
The Three of Swords suggests you are holding on to something from the past, unable to let it go.
This card often appears when a relationship has gone awry. A third party may be stirring up trouble for you and a partner. If you are unwilling to work together, the relationship is at its end. It is not too late for an open and honest conversation to clear the air. If you keep it respectful, you can learn from one another and grow from the experience.
Stop wallowing in self-pity. Self-reflection can help you constructively process your grief. Focus your intentions on your recovery. What new processes can you put in place to avoid the mistakes of the past?
Upright:
Work may be a source of stress. Rarely, this card signals sudden job loss or a collapse of your company. More likely, it suggests less dramatic but still annoying conflict at work. Your colleagues or your clients may be a pain. Don’t let your emotions overtake your mind. You may be unconsciously holding a grudge that is starting to manifest in your physical world.
Reversed:
If you’ve suffered financial difficulties, you may be coming to a compromise with lenders to pay back your debt. A conflict comes to resolution. Perhaps the annoying asshole in your office got a new job somewhere else. In some aspect, your world is becoming a bit brighter.
